A message from our Internet Banking Service ProviderNew programs have been loaded to help alleviate issues that occurred when customers attempted to view check images and statements by using a combination of Internet Explorer and Adobe Reader X. Our research indicates the issue occurs with Adobe; therefore, the new programs may only address certain instances.
Until a patch from Adobe is available, here are some troubleshooting tips:
- Referring them to the following site: http://forums.adobe.com/community/adobe_reader_forums/adobe_reader
- Encouraging them to check their PCs for these items in the browser, under Tools>Internet Options:
- Click on the Advanced tab. In the Settings box, scroll down to the Security section, and make sure the “Do not save encrypted pages to disk” option is disabled
- Click on the Security tab. In the “Security level for this zone” section, set the security to “Medium-high” or lower.
